To our Valued Customers and our Community,

On behalf of our team for covid, I am writing to you directly with an update on what we are doing to prioritise your, and our, health and safety when you visit us at Tech Window or when we assist you at your workplace or home.

Covid-19 started as a distant concern but as every day passes it appears that it is reaching closer to our community and our everyday lives. At Tech Window, we provide assistance to all our valued customers with their personal devices, computers and business systems both in-store and onsite on a daily basis. Whilst our customer base varies, we recognise that many of our customers are senior citizens, many of whom Covid-19 could have a greater impact on, so it is very important to us to do what we can within our store or if we visit you at home.

To make sure we can keep on serving you to the standard you love and expect, we have put in place an updated cleaning and sanitising plan to limit exposure of contagion. To maintain both your, and our, safety whilst we assist you either in-store or onsite, the following measures have been implemented:

• Increased hand hygiene between jobs
• Increased work-space sanitisation throughout the day
• Disinfecting all devices received prior to handling
• Wearing gloves when working on devices for extended periods of time
• Disinfecting devices prior to returning them to you

We recognise that some customers may have additional concerns or have pre-existing conditions which could greatly be affected by contracting a virus such as Covid-19. For these customers, you are welcome to contact us, and we will work with you to further minimise any potential risks.
